They are seeking a Technical reputed company to translate reputed company technical and user experience concepts into reputed company documentation for diverse audiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain project documentation including reports, presentations, business goals documents, implementation roadmaps, and reputed company deliverables
- Draft strategic documents including technical requirements strategies, gap analyses, and recommendations reputed company to project objectives
- Translate technical concepts into language appropriate for executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, product, and architecture teams to document reputed company, requirements, workflows, and implementation approaches
- Produce documentation supporting information architecture, content reputed company, migration planning, governance, and technical implementation
- reputed company meeting summaries, reputed company outputs, decision logs, and reputed company registers to maintain project transparency
- Create and maintain templates, documentation standards, and style guides to ensure consistency across deliverables
- Review project deliverables for reputed company, grammar, consistency, accessibility, and adherence to plain-language principles
- Support knowledge transfer activities by creating user guides, training materials, operational documentation, and transition artifacts

Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience producing technical and business documentation for reputed company technology or digital transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, Information Design, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience writing for both executive and technical audiences across multiple stakeholder reputed company
- Experience documenting software development, digital services, UX, content reputed company, or technology modernization reputed company
- Exceptional written communication, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience synthesizing information from multiple stakeholders into concise, decision-reputed company documentation
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, Jira, SharePoint, or similar documentation tools
- Experience supporting Agile software development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
