[Remote] Account Manager- NonQM Mortgage

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing pipelines and reputed company relationships, facilitating the reputed company of loans from submission to funding reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert on reputed company loan products offered by reputed company and the reputed company requirements of reputed company loan product, handling post-submission questions from their mortgage brokers
- Consistently build meaningful relationships with reputed company customers and accounts
- Maintain constant communication regarding condition status, file reputed company, and reputed company turn time as established by EmporiumTPO
- Understand the reputed company sheets and pricing for reputed company loan product
- Be knowledgeable in the reputed company lock process and requirements, answering lock process-reputed company questions from their mortgage brokers
- Have a thorough understanding of the processes required to successfully reputed company a loan from submission to funding
- Work with submitting mortgage brokers, as needed, to reputed company them with guidance on how to properly satisfy reputed company or funding conditions
- Consistently communicate with Account Executives, Mortgage Brokers, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct a daily review of the reputed company pipeline and identify appropriate reputed company follow-up activities
- Review pipeline of reputed company loans reputed company assigned reputed company reputed company for invalid document submission or identification of alternative document solutions and orders reputed company appropriate documents, including but not limited to Collateral Desktop Analysis, Closing Agent Approval, Tax Transcripts, and Consumer Identity Validation

- Manage individual service level agreements and turn times on reputed company loans in the assigned pipeline

Skills
- 5 years of experience in the residential lending industry
- 2 years of Wholesale Account Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of reputed company Non-QM lending experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of Agency, Non-Agency, Jumbo, and Investor loan programs, their requirements, and associated necessary documents
- Thorough understanding of loan pricing and lock requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines with consistent reputed company communication
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with reputed company customers
- Ability to review daily pipeline reports and prioritize the tasks needing completion in order to reputed company loans through the pipeline to funding
