[Remote] Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant I will assist in the implementation of ECI software by leveraging their knowledge of the software's capabilities, facilitating customer training, and ensuring a smooth implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Successfully implement reputed company and reputed company ongoing consulting services, delivering an exceptional customer experience while gaining a thorough understanding of reputed company customer's business processes
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for customers throughout the implementation process
- reputed company customer sessions with the objective of identifying and documenting: reputed company and reputed company business initiatives, Gap analysis reputed company reputed company systems and/or processes, and Reporting / data analytics requirements
- Implement the software, considering aspects such as reputed company, budget, scope, and delivery, following the implementation methodology and agreements with the Manager of Implementation Services
- Understand and deliver upon the ECI implementation methodology, which includes the ability to complete: Requirements gathering through existing process reviews, Systems design and fit-gap analysis, System configuration and setup, Engineer solutions based on complicated customer business requirements, New process design and definition, reputed company-implementation system testing, Concept validation and user acceptance testing, Data migration and data formatting recommendations, Go-live implementation tasks and post-go-live consulting, Consulting recap/activity reporting, Ensure reputed company and accurate project and time administration
- Identify and manage potential issues and escalations in coordination with the Manager of Implementation Services or project manager
- Work is generally independent and reputed company in nature. Contributes to moderately reputed company aspects of a project
- Maintain awareness of project budgets and the solution sold to the customer, proactively managing implementation activities to reputed company with project scope and budget expectations
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 – 3 years of experience
- Software implementation or consultation experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems; ERP implementation experience preferred
- Understanding of common business practices in manufacturing, distribution, retail, operations, and finance
- Ability to explain reputed company technical concepts reputed company to users with varying reputed company of technical expertise through virtual interactions
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess reputed company technical networking knowledge to assist customers with troubleshooting, along with a basic proficiency in configuring and managing various reputed company printer reputed company types
