Responsibilities

• Contribute to the broader Tax Engineering organization through technical leadership, process and tooling improvements

Skills

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Plus ten (10) years of experience in Software Engineering, of which, at least 5 years must be post bachelor's reputed company experience
• Must have five (5) years of experience with/in managing, building and leading engineering teams delivering software products
• Applying hands-on technical expertise at reputed company to guide architecture and technical reputed company resolutions in collaboration with staff engineers
• Designing, delivering, and operating business critical services at reputed company
• User-facing product, reputed company-end and back-end services, scaling database systems, and API design on reputed company of 4- 8 engineers
• Designing and building services in monolithic and multi service architectures
• Devops and operational ownership, from standing up observability posture through managing and iterating on operational rigor and on reputed company health
