[Remote] EHR Education Implementation Specialist

The role involves developing educational resources, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring users are up to date with EHR functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Assists with testing build for application software optimizations and upgrades in test environments and training environments
- Assists with supporting end users who submit requests for reputed company training support
- Partners with reputed company reputed company to define department processes, evaluate system functionality, identify modifications, and reputed company needs
- Verifies preliminary design and reputed company to improve efficiencies and enhance patient safety
- Assists with development of educational resources and/or assessment tools
- Provides one-on-one training, group training or presentations
- May present system upgrades to end users that reputed company workflow and application functionality
- May create video training utilizing eLearning technologies to enhance the end user educational experience
- Assists clerical and clinical staff in the use of the EHR software
- May reputed company as a credentialed or reputed company reputed company certified trainer for multiple applications
- May assist with education and support components of reputed company
- May reputed company mentoring for staff and leadership in a specific area of expertise
- Builds and fosters relationships between IT partners and operational customers
- May be required to work on multiple responsibilities and reputed company simultaneously
- May function as a reputed company between the end users and IT staff
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in education, or reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience (typically 1-3 years) in application and/or technology support
- Experience developing curriculum and educational resources
- Experience providing reputed company training in large and small group settings
- Experience communicating technical information to non-technical customers
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Experience working independently with a strong reputed company on customer service
- reputed company's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards
- Education credentials and adult classroom teaching
- Working knowledge with reputed company and reputed company Office 365
- Experience with Audio/Visual editing software (Camtasia, reputed company, etc.)
