[Remote] Senior Implementation Consultant

This role is responsible for implementing reputed company's software products for mid-market and reputed company clients, ensuring best practices are followed and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manages a diverse portfolio and delivers mid-market to large-reputed company implementation reputed company, spanning multiple sectors
- Drives and manages reputed company implementation milestones to completion reputed company budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction
- Creates and maintains thorough documentation throughout the implementation to include billable hours, reputed company notes/documentation, expense management, etc
- Utilizes business acumen, reputed company/Finance Industry knowledge, and product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor and become an application expert to address reputed company use cases and business challenges
- Builds strong and reputed company relationships with reputed company contacts, including executive sponsors and management for the duration of the project and post-delivery transition
- Drives analysis and provides reputed company recommendations at both strategic and operational reputed company, based on project objectives
- Elicits, documents, interprets and translates reputed company business requirements or high-level requirements to be used for application configuration and testing solutions during implementations
- Responds to reputed company communications and proactively researches, resolves issues, and provides best practices with a high reputed company of urgency and customer service
- Manages project deliverables from beginning to end and defines and confirms scope, ensuring that reputed company specifications are reputed company defined to satisfy expectations
- Establishes a reputed company of reputed company risk management that enables proactive reputed company and actions throughout the project life cycle including budgetary, reputed company and performance considerations
- Leads, mentors, trains and coaches less tenured implementation consultants to complete project outputs

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Consulting Services, reputed company Services and/or reputed company Services environment
- Two years of experience with reputed company or similar products
- Proven experience to balance multiple reputed company at any given time and stay on top of reputed company details, with reputed company level customers
- Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting to a diverse set of people across reputed company and organizational reputed company
- Expertise with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of software application
- Experience in a high-reputed company producing environment (eg billing of time and materials)
- Demonstrated and proven experience documenting Business Requirements for software development and technical specifications
- Previous Business Analysis experience
- Knowledge/experience in reputed company, Audits, Financial Services, Software Technology, reputed company industry and/or reputed company experience
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, reputed company/CRM, reputed company Software
- Knowledge of reputed company terminology and processes (e.g. month-end reputed company process)
