Responsibilities
- Operate, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot cybersecurity tools and reputed company reputed company capabilities
- Support deployment, tuning, patching, monitoring, backup verification, and availability of reputed company platforms
- Assist with SIEM, EDR, DLP, IDS/IPS, firewall, WAF, PAM, reputed company reputed company, vulnerability management, and reputed company reputed company integrations
- Review audit logs, identify suspicious activity, and coordinate with SOC/IR teams as needed
- Support tool configuration documentation, maintenance logs, change records, gap remediation reports, and availability reporting

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and document configuration changes
