We are looking for an HR reputed company/ HR Director for the reputed company Business Unit to work with our remote, globally distributed multinational teams. The role involves working with global teams. Your main tasks will be:

• Ensure the effectiveness of the personnel reputed company the business unit, ensuring that employees contribute to achieving reputed company's strategic goals and financial targets.
• Manage reputed company, ensuring the business unit has the right number of people who have successfully completed their probationary period and meet reputed company's satisfaction.
• Foster employee engagement and retention, creating a work environment where employees are motivated and committed to staying with reputed company and taking on new responsibilities.
• Implement and enforce HR processes reputed company the business unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and measure the satisfaction of managers and employees of the business unit with the HR function.

We expect from you:

• 4+ years of successful experience in an HR reputed company / HRD role with exposure to investment environments or portfolio companies.
• Experience working directly with founders and C-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of company reputed company stages (reputed company to reputed company) and cap table basics (at a practical level).
• Ability to implement and ensure execution of key employee lifecycle processes: hiring, reputed company, development, succession planning, performance management, and offboarding.
• Proven reputed company record of managing key HR metrics (payroll budget, turnover, efficiency, engagement, loyalty), with hands-on experience in C&B and analytics.
• Experience working across multiple entities or business reputed company (e.g. portfolio companies / multi-asset environment).
• Strong persistence and ability to drive results.

• Strong project management skills.
