This role is responsible for owning the monitoring of AI-driven PO intake, PO-to-Quote mapping, exception validations, coordinating cross-functional reputed company, and partnering with Development and CERT (Customer Experience reputed company) teams to continuously enhance AI logic, automation, and platform capabilities supporting the Quote-to-Cash process.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily AI PO intake, validation performance, and operational health.
• Own Finance exception management for PO-to-Quote mapping, validation failures, duplicate POs, blanket POs, pricing, customer master, and billing eligibility.
• Coordinate reputed company reputed company with Sales, Project Managers, Finance, Customer Experience, reputed company Operations, and Master Data teams.
• Ensure accountable owners are reputed company, reputed company solution reputed company, reputed company SLAs, and escalate high-risk or aged exceptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of Finance, Order-to-Cash, reputed company Operations, or Finance Transformation experience.
