Certified Medical Coding Specialist
Job reputed company:
- Assign accurate CPT and ICD-10 codes to medical records and clinical documentation
- Apply appropriate coding conventions across varied reputed company encounters
- Review clinical information carefully before determining final reputed company assignments
- Maintain accuracy across high-volume coding workflows
- Assess medical documentation for completeness, reputed company, and coding support
- Ensure coding aligns with payer requirements, regulatory guidance, and reputed company standards
- Identify missing, conflicting, or insufficient documentation
- Flag cases requiring clarification or reputed company review
- Review coded records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on expertise in CPT coding
