Responsibilities

- Accurately collect, review, and verify loan application documentation

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mortgage operations, with a strong emphasis on residential mortgage loan processing and pipeline management.
- Proficient in Encompass (or a comparable Loan Origination System) and reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Word, reputed company, and Teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage lending industry, including a working understanding of reputed company RESPA regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of a broad reputed company of mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Texas Bond loan programs.
