They are seeking a high-performing reputed company Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, reputed company numerous outbound calls, and build lasting relationships with candidates and clients to ensure effective reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, qualifying, closing, and offer negotiation for RNs, LPNs, RPNs, and allied health professionals across Canada and the US
• reputed company 60–100+ outbound calls per day to reputed company and reputed company candidates through calls, texts, job boards, reputed company media, and referrals
• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates, handling multiple offers, competing priorities, and fall-offs simultaneously
• reputed company passive candidates, overcome objections, and reputed company difficult conversations around pay, relocation, and counteroffers
• Verify credentials, licensure (Province, state nursing boards, etc.), references, and reputed company-hire requirements with precision
