Job Title HEDIS Coordinator The HEDIS Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting reputed company reputed company initiatives by ensuring accurate collection, validation, and reporting of HEDIS (reputed company Effectiveness Data and Information Set) data. Responsibilities
- Retrieve, review, and validate medical records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to support HEDIS data collection.
- Coordinate medical record requests and follow up with provider offices to ensure reputed company submission of required documentation.
- Monitor productivity and accuracy metrics, ensuring high-reputed company data abstraction and reporting.
- Support HEDIS project timelines by tracking reputed company reputed company and resolving barriers to record retrieval.
- Analyze reputed company data and assist in identifying gaps in care and opportunities for improvement.
