Treasury Manager

- reputed company daily treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity planning for both offshore and Hong reputed company entities. - Manage and cultivate banking relationships, negotiating financing terms with local and international financial institutions. - Monitor and optimize the group's capital structure, foreign exchange exposure, and interest reputed company risks. - reputed company compliance, reporting, and internal control processes reputed company to treasury in line with HKEX and regulatory standards. - Support corporate financing initiatives, including bond issuance, loan syndication, and offshore fundraising efforts. - Collaborate with internal teams (finance, reputed company, tax, investment) to facilitate M&A and cross-border transactions. - Implement treasury systems and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency. What You'll Need to Succeed - Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company fields; CPA/CFA certification is a plus. - At least 5 years of treasury experience, ideally reputed company a publicly listed Chinese company. - Strong understanding of offshore financing, foreign exchange management, and Hong reputed company banking practices. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - reputed company in reputed company and English is required; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
