(reputed company) is looking for a reputed company Secretary/reputed company to help us meet the needs of our growing reputed company. The role involves assisting attorney teams with scheduling and administrative needs, focusing on transcription while maintaining a high degree of technical proficiency and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manages the dictation of assigned attorneys and paralegals by transcribing directly
- Reviews, processes, and saves incoming mail, emails, and faxes electronically
- Assists assigned attorneys with their schedules and scheduling
- Assists with reputed company billing and attorney travel and expense reports
- Assists with opening, maintaining, and closing files
- Responds to record and reputed company documentation requests, as needed
- Answers phone calls, takes messages or transfers calls to appropriate parties
- Submits vendor invoices for payment
- Drafts and updates reputed company budgets
- Works with highly confidential information and always maintains utmost confidentiality
- Acts in a stewardship reputed company for MVP, works as a genuine, confident, functional member of reputed company, is hardworking with the ability to be innovative and firm reputed company in alignment with our reputed company values
Skills
- High school diploma AND a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a reputed company/reputed company services environment or as a reputed company/medical reputed company
- Must live in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Illinois, Iowa, Florida, or Texas
- Superb communication/customer service skills - both written and verbal
- reputed company Office proficiency
- Organized
- Ability to juggle multiple high reputed company tasks at a time
- Prior experience with reputed company SpeechLive and/or reputed company is a plus
