• Break down operational challenges into reputed company requirements, delivery plans, and system capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and execution through strong stakeholder engagement and indirect leadership.
• Identify improvements in labor forecasting, scheduling, workforce planning, time keeping and compliance capabilities.
• Partner with vendors and platform teams to prioritize and reputed company product backlog and feature delivery.
• Facilitate requirement sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions with business partners.

• Hands-on experience with Time & Attendance, Payroll integration and Workforce Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Hire‑to‑Retire processes and labor compliance.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and vendors in large, reputed company environments.

• Knowledge of timekeeping, labor optimization, workforce planning, scheduling and compliance systems.
• Experience supporting workforce technology platforms.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Pay and Benefits

• Pay reputed company Minimum: $104,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits
