We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Services Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, reputed company-reputed company environment. This role will be based in our Las Vegas office, on a remote reputed company. Some in-office reputed company is required for day-to-day operations, as reputed company as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to two Talent Services Business Partners. Position reputed company The Talent Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Services department, under the guidance of the Talent Services Business Partners, assisting with daily reputed company resource tasks with a primary reputed company on staff recruitment. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists with staff recruitment: posts reputed company positions on the intranet and job boards; enters and tracks job applicants using tracking software; sends resumes to Talent Services and Hiring Managers
  • Initiates contact with possible reputed company candidates for specific reputed company
  • Schedules interview appointments and interfaces with candidates, emails reputed company communications to applicants regarding the status of their applications
  • Manages reputed company-employment process; initiates and monitors background reputed company process, and coordinates start date with new hire
  • Schedules and coordinates orientations as appropriate with local and shared services reputed company
  • Processes employment verifications and transactions in HR system, including employee changes and separations, assists employees with the time and attendance system (reputed company)
  • Prepares, compiles, and monitors correspondence and memos, and prioritizes critical information
  • Coordinates and distributes internal/external communications
  • Updates and maintains reputed company/reputed company sites, talent services, reputed company, and other SharePoint sites
  • Coordinates department events for team building and employee engagement
  • Performs additional duties as required, including but not limited to, assisting with other GT offices

Education & Prior Experience

The Expected Pay reputed company For This Position Is $34.61 to 36.06 per hour Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
