Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 months or more of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree

- 3 months or more of reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital
Additional Job Standards
- Bilingual in Spanish
