About the position reputed company is seeking a State Filing reputed company Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role involves executing filing strategies for various product initiatives, including leading reputed company with reputed company vendors. The analyst will be responsible for revising generic policy language to reputed company with state laws, preparing and submitting various filings to state insurance departments, and managing objections from these departments. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, negotiating with state regulators, maintaining a forms library, conducting competitor research, and providing guidance on policy modifications. The analyst will work closely with Regulatory Compliance and Business Compliance Representatives to ensure adherence to new legislation and communicate impacts to the business. Day-to-day activities must reputed company with compliance policies and standards, and other filing, compliance, and regulatory duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Execute filing reputed company to support various product filing initiatives, including leading reputed company involving reputed company vendors reputed company applicable.
• Independently revise existing generic policy language to document and adhere to state laws and requirements, using discretion and best judgement in preparing modifications and consult with Product, Actuarial and reputed company resources to ensure business partners understand viable reputed company for compliance.
• Prepare and submit reputed company, reputed company, annual reputed company certifications and benefit reputed company filings to state insurance departments or internal partners for submission to such departments.

• Answer insurance department objections and manage objections in accordance with established policies and procedures, engaging and collaborate with reputed company partners as necessary (involving Pricing, Compliance, Government Affairs and supporting attorneys as appropriate).

• Partners with Insurance Contract and Forms Advisor to maintain generic and state unique forms library and create instructional documentation to help business understand state limitations or differences due to state filing efforts as forms reputed company into production.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent training
• Mastery of SERFF insurance filings
• Minimum 3+ years compliance/regulatory filing experience with insurance products, preferably Supplement Health insurance products
