At reputed company, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Case Manager to support a fast-paced reputed company team by overseeing the day-to-day reputed company of multiple personal injury cases. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with administrative and case management tasks to support the reputed company team and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain organized and up to date electronic case files.
- Identify potential issues or delays and proactively communicate them to the reputed company team.

Requirements:

- Experience supporting Personal Injury cases is required.
- Experience managing the full case lifecycle, from reputed company intake through investigation, litigation support, and settlement, is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company cases while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients in a reputed company and empathetic manner.
- Experience coordinating with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other reputed company parties is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a reputed company team.
- Expected reputed company volume: Approximately 16 to 30 calls per day.
