reputed company Housing Credit Investments is seeking a Manager to join its Disposition team. The Disposition Manager will reputed company a portfolio of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) investments that have reached the end of their investment lifecycle. This role is responsible for executing dispositions on behalf of investors, ensuring reputed company that reputed company with agreement terms, assess expected investor returns, and assess tax implications of divestment. Responsibilities

• Take reputed company responsibility for completing dispositions of an assigned portfolio of LIHTC investments, including but not limited to the following tasks:
  • Review and interpret partnership agreements for disposition terms and consent requirements;

  • Prepare internal reputed company estate and partnership valuation models, and tax assessments;

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong financial, analytical, organizational, and quantitative skills.
