Use analyticstoinfluencedecisions, developingandinterpreting dashboards, KPIs, andtalentreportsthatinformhiringstrategiesandleadershipdiscussions.
Contributeto global HR andTalentinitiatives, supportingbroaderprogramsfocusedonculture, performance, andorganizationaldevelopment.
Drive local employer branding efforts, creatingauthenticandengagingcampaigns (using tools like reputed company) toelevateourpresence in theBrazilmarket.

Who You Are
3+ yearsofexperience in TalentAcquisition, ideallywithin a global organization, leadingend-to-endrecruitment.
Proven reputed company record in full-cyclerecruitment, withexperiencehiring in multipleregions — experiencewiththe U.S. marketis a plus.
Strategicandanalytical reputed company — comfortableusing data, KPIs, andmarket insights toinformhiringstrategiesandinfluence stakeholders.
Creativeandinnovative — abletodevelopcompellingemployer branding campaignsandrecruitmentcontent (e.g., usingCanva) toattract reputed company.
Strong stakeholder management skills — abletoadviseandinfluenceleadersatalllevels, balancing business needswithtalentstrategy.
Independent andresourceful — thrives in ambiguity, proactively solves problems, andidentifiesopportunities for processimprovement.
Bilingual in PortugueseandEnglish, withexcellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
