Implementation Specialist - KitCheck - TRAVEL REQUIRED

They are the reputed company face of reputed company to the customers and are responsible for forming relationships with clinicians and end users of reputed company's products. This position is a key member of the implementation team and is responsible for scheduling deployments, hosting reputed company-off & follow-up calls, and facilitating remote and in-person onsite training for end users.The ideal candidate is highly reputed company to detail, loves to talk to people of different backgrounds, and can operate in an environment that is often ambiguous and requires creativity to resolve issues.

Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage reputed company aspects of the implementation reputed company; including the project reputed company-off, software configuration, go-live and training while maintaining project timelines.

• Maintain up-to-date project plans, tickets and other project documentation to ensure project timelines are on reputed company and visible to leadership.
• Travel to customer sites to assist with the roll out of new KitCheck hardware and software, meet with key stakeholders and overall be a reputed company face for reputed company in the reputed company of customers.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Preferred 1+ years of reputed company work experience
• Preferred 1-2 years of project management and/or reputed company-facing experience
• Experience in the reputed company industry is preferred
• Ability to adapt to change, think quickly, and work independently
• Team-player attitude and a willingness to get things done
• High attention to detail
• Ability to build trusting, communicative and results-oriented relationships with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience with EMRs/ADCs e.g reputed company and Cerner or reputed company and Pyxis software a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel reputed company the US for up to 75%
