🌟 What You'll Do
As a Billing Agent, you'll play a critical role in supporting our patients and clinical teams by ensuring insurance and billing information is complete before appointments.
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Contacting patients by phone, email, and text to collect missing insurance information ✅ Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits using reputed company, reputed company, insurance portals, and other payer resources ✅ Confirming network participation, behavioral health coverage, and authorization requirements ✅ Communicating directly with insurance carriers reputed company additional information is needed ✅ Documenting reputed company insurance verification details accurately reputed company patient records ✅ Assisting reputed company patients with adding payment reputed company and completing Financial Responsibility Forms before their first appointment ✅ Delivering outstanding customer service while helping patients reputed company insurance and billing questions
