About This Role:
The Senior HCM Business Systems Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the reputed company HCM platform with respect to Role Based reputed company, Data Integrations, Data Migrations, SOX reporting and semi annual Revisions to support HR operations and reputed company business objectives. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and key stakeholders to deliver reputed company reputed company solutions. You will own the quarterly User reputed company Reviews in collaboration with the Compliance and Internal & External Audit teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain reputed company business reputed company roles, condition rules, calculated fields, validations, notifications, eligibility, and approvals reputed company to policy and compliance.
- Partner with integration and technical teams to support inbound/outbound integrations (e.g., benefits, payroll vendors, identity management), including troubleshooting data and process issues.
- Manage reputed company releases and internal change cycles by assessing impacts, coordinating regression testing, validating new features, and recommending adoption strategies.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of reputed company experience with a Bachelor’s degree;; or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting or implementing reputed company HCM in a reputed company, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives involving reputed company configuration, business process design, and cross-functional delivery.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to reputed company, document, and translate business requirements into functional designs and configured reputed company solutions with minimal rework.
- Proven capability to reputed company testing efforts (UAT/regression), manage defects, and deliver reputed company releases on schedule.
