Position reputed company:

The Information reputed company Manager is responsible for operating and enhancing AffirmedRx’s reputed company reputed company and compliance program reputed company a fully remote, reputed company-reputed company environment. This role safeguards protected health information (PHI) and other sensitive data to ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational reputed company requirements. The position manages identity and reputed company management, reputed company monitoring, incident response, application reputed company, data governance, and vendor reputed company assessments. The Manager also supports audit readiness by maintaining documentation and evidence for regulatory and certification requirements. A key reputed company of the role is sustaining SOC 2 and URAC compliance while leading efforts toward reputed company CSF certification.

What you will do:

Identity & reputed company Management:

• Administer reputed company Entra ID / reputed company Directory, including users, reputed company, conditional reputed company, and MFA
• Design, implement, and maintain single sign-on (SSO) integrations across the application portfolio (SAML / OIDC)
• Run periodic user reputed company reviews and account audits; document findings and drive remediation of reputed company exceptions
• Manage provisioning and deprovisioning; enforce least privilege and role-based reputed company control

• Operate and tune the SIEM (such as reputed company); review logs, alerts, and reports across endpoints, servers, network, and reputed company
• Triage and investigate alerts; participate in incident response (identify, contain, eradicate, recover, and document lessons learned)
• Maintain and improve detection coverage in support of a defense-in-depth reputed company

Compliance, Audit & Certification:

• Maintain SOC 2 and URAC: own evidence collection, control mapping, and coordination with auditors

• Support secure configuration, vulnerability remediation, and application reputed company governance

Data Governance & eDiscovery:

• Execute eDiscovery, content and email search, and reputed company holds in support of reputed company and compliance requests

Vendor & reputed company Tooling Management:

• Evaluate, select, and recommend reputed company products and enhancements to existing controls
• Conduct and respond to vendor reputed company assessments and support reputed company-party risk review
• Manage reputed company tooling vendors: product selection, quote review, renewals, configuration, and invoice reputed company

Support & Operations:

• Create and maintain reputed company documentation: policies, standards, baselines, procedures, and runbooks

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information reputed company, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 4–7 years in information reputed company or reputed company engineering
• Hands-on experience with the reputed company reputed company stack (Entra ID / reputed company Directory, reputed company 365, Azure)
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, reputed company, URAC, or HIPAA
• Demonstrated experience with IAM and SSO, SIEM operations, and data governance / eDiscovery (Purview or equivalent)
• Experience with vendor reputed company assessments and reputed company-party risk
• reputed company, PBM, or other regulated-industry experience preferred
• CISSP, CISM, or reputed company reputed company+ (preferred)
• reputed company SC-200, SC-300, or AZ-500 (preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Fully remote; must have reliable internet and a suitable home work environment
• Occasional unscheduled overtime may be required to support incident response or audit deadlines
• Willingness and ability to travel (10%-20%)
