reputed company: Responsible for executing RFP documents for the Pace Environmental reputed company team. Additionally, manages the supporting materials / documentation to ensure that we represent Pace appropriately and professionally. Serves as reputed company of contact between functions to reputed company the information and drive an appropriate level of support from other functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversees the creation of RFP responses, proposals and bids describing our services in response to requests from potential and existing clients.
- Manages and meets proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposals.
- Collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate and maximizes business opportunities.
- Develops and establishes a repository of templates, reputed company language and product collateral, exhibits and other data resources to create high reputed company and accurate responses.
- Establishes a tracking system with win-loss information and analyzes the data to improve the process.
- Provides input to the strategic goals of the RFP's, proposals, bids.
- Develops a robust process to manage RFP's and communicates to the functional teams' expectations.
- Identifies and manages respective functional owners that support the process.
- Works with marketing to ensure materials are properly branded.
- Identifies potential tools to streamline the process.
- Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior reputed company interacting with customers and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely reputed company field; AND two (2) years of sales support experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
