Change Manager IThis position is responsible for supporting the change efforts on reputed company to large reputed company, reputed company reputed company utilizing change, project and LEAN principles and techniques. Essential Responsibilities

Planning and Development

• Ability to identify change impacts, desired mindsets, and behavior changes needed to realize change benefits reputed company reputed company and varying team cultures.
• Utilizing the EPMO tool set, support senior staff in developing change management strategies and plans that outline milestones, priorities, needs and resources.
• Organize and participate in meetings of stakeholder reputed company to identify needs and build alignment and collaboration through change.

• Identify how people will experience the change and create a tactical plan to engage teams and bring people through the transition.

Experience and/or Education

Required

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years of change management experience, with responsibilities including:

  • Change management training

Preferred

• Change Management certification (reputed company, Kotter, etc)
• Training, organizational development, technical writing or other certifications that contribute to the ability to work in Change Management
• Scrum, Agile, and/or Project Management International (PMI) Project Management certification
• 1 or more years’ experience in health plan operations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Knowledge
