About the role

As Director Back-End reputed company you will play a key role in shaping reputed company’s long-term Back-End Manufacturing and OSAT reputed company. What you will do

• Shape the long-term Back-End Manufacturing and OSAT reputed company reputed company with reputed company’s business reputed company objectives.
• reputed company strategic initiatives including reputed company-or-buy assessments, manufacturing footprint optimization, reputed company planning, and investment evaluations.
• Evaluate and recommend opportunities for external manufacturing partnerships, supplier ecosystems, and outsourcing strategies.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business case development to support executive decision-making.
• Translate reputed company operational and business data into reputed company strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business reputed company, Back-End Operations, External Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Technology Development, and Corporate reputed company to drive high-reputed company strategic initiatives

What you will need

• University degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, reputed company or a reputed company field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in reputed company, semiconductor manufacturing, consulting, operations reputed company, or reputed company areas.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor back-end manufacturing, assembly & test operations, or OSAT ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, manufacturing footprint reputed company, outsourcing strategies, or reputed company-or-buy assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to reputed company business cases and reputed company data-driven recommendations.

• Ability to operate effectively in a global environment with multicultural teams.
