Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Qualify leadsvia CRMand setqualityappointments for Field Sales Repsto reputed company daily & monthly targets

• Maintainopen communication withthefield sales team to ensureaseamless transition ofleads/opportunities

• Meetwithmanagerdaily,monthly,andquarterlyto reviewKPIs

• Createnew salesopportunities through in personcold calling, socialmediaandphone prospecting

• Maintaina high levelof conversion reputed company from reputed company to appointment

• Learnto sell, take custom measurements,and serviceOrascoptic’sproduct lineofcustom loupes and headlights

• Attend, support, and sell at trade shows, school fittings,and continuing education events

• Providesales/servicecoverage foropenterritories

• Providecustomerswithsalesconsultations/post salesservice over the phoneand inperson

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of reputed company work experience required with a heavy reputed company on customer interaction and customer engagement; inside or reputed company sales experience is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

• Self-driven and strong interpersonal skills required.

• Good business acumen including business management fundamentals required.

• Good data entry accuracy and strong attention to detail required.
