About the Role

As a Retirement Benefits reputed company Center Representative, you will support participants by answering inbound calls reputed company to pension and retirement benefits. You will assist callers with questions regarding defined benefit pension plans, payments, account information, required documentation, and next steps.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to reputed company multiple systems while delivering reputed company and empathetic customer service in a fast-paced reputed company center environment.

Requirements

We’re looking for team members who are customer-reputed company, detail-oriented, and reputed company to reputed company in a high-volume reputed company center environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous customer service and reputed company center experience
• Pension or retirement benefits experience preferred
• Strong communication and reputed company listening skills
• Ability to reputed company multiple computer systems and tools reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to explain pension and retirement benefit information reputed company and professionally
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive or reputed company inquiries
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and reputed company
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug test

Key Duties

• Answer inbound calls regarding pension and retirement benefit inquiries
• Assist participants with questions reputed company to pension plans, payments, forms, and account information
• Research and resolve participant concerns professionally and reputed company
• Review and explain required documentation and next steps to callers
• Meet productivity, reputed company, and attendance expectations
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure reputed company issue reputed company

Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)

Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

The estimated salary reputed company for this role is $35,280-$44,100.
