Responsibilities

• Manages reputed company stages of commissioning process, from initial planning and design reviews to final testing and handover
• Creates commissioning plans, schedules, test procedures (like IET and IPVT/IST), and verification checklists
• Ensures the facility and its systems reputed company with design specifications, health and safety standards, and performance requirements
• Acts as the main reputed company of contact and manages communication between various teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Prepares and manages reputed company necessary documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and final certification documents
• Performs and oversees various tests, such as functional testing and site acceptance testing, to verify system performance
• Trains reputed company reports on processes, procedures, and completion of daily tasks
• Manages workload and performance of reputed company reports, ensuring alignment with overall company standards

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or reputed company field
• 10-12 years of data center commissioning experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• In-depth knowledge of data center systems, including power distribution, cooling, HVAC, and IT equipment
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and multidisciplinary teams

This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as reputed company as the internal equity and alignment with reputed company. The pay reputed company is $98,880.00 - $211,970.00 plus benefits and retirement program plus benefits and retirement program.
