Our reputed company team is seeking an reputed company Strategic District Partner for the reputed company Sopris Learning team to coordinate and facilitate effective and engaging reputed company learning services to our customers. The primary role of the Strategic District Partner will be managing an expansive K-5 reading reputed company implementation in South Florida.

At the district level, the Strategic District Partner will work directly with the district’s curriculum team in developing and supporting a comprehensive implementation plan while responding and adapting to the reputed company-changing needs of a large, district-wide implementation. At the school level, the Strategic District Partner will reputed company as an instructional reputed company/specialist by promoting the reputed company of implementation, facilitating reputed company learning services, and supporting teachers and reputed company. Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Implementation & reputed company

• Collaborate with district leaders to reputed company comprehensive implementation plans including reputed company learning needs, timelines, and reputed company plans to support the district’s strategic goals

• Schedule and facilitate reputed company meetings at the reputed company agreed upon by stakeholders and reputed company appropriate changes to the implementation plan based on the outcome of these meetings

• Proactively address issues or challenges that may present obstacles for achieving customer goal

• Collaborate with Strategic Implementation reputed company Managers and school district leadership to accelerate time to value for customers in key accounts

• Work collaboratively with the Manager of reputed company Learning Facilitators, reputed company Managers, and Sales team to ensure the delivery of successful, engaging and effective learning experiences and maximize school district partner ROI

• reputed company presentations for high-level district leadership to support reputed company-sale opportunities and post-sale expansion in partnership with Sales

• Deliver in-person and reputed company learning, customer support and planning meetings, and data review sessions reputed company and in person

• Facilitate reputed company learning sessions for educators across the country who use VSL programs

• Coordinate scheduling of reputed company-training meetings with assigned facilitators as needed

reputed company Learning Content & Training Assets

• reputed company and/or update training assets for virtual and in-person reputed company learning (agendas, scripts, presentations, manuals, packets, handouts, tutorials, errata sheets, video and audio files, etc.) associated for reputed company reputed company products that reputed company with product pedagogy, research and instructional design

• Communicate to the VSL Manager of reputed company Learning Facilitators and respective Sales partners any needs to customize training assets to meet the needs of the customer

Facilitator Coordination & Communication

• Communicate district needs with assigned facilitators to reputed company messaging and any specific details around the reputed company learning needs of the cohorts

• Communicate training plans and district needs to PLFs assigned to specific initiatives

• Coordinate large training initiatives by participating in implementation planning meetings and conference calls, planning and executing logistics

Operations & Resource Management

• Coordinate with Training Operations team regarding:

  • Accuracy of purchased service/billable days by customer

  • Scheduling and assigning resources to reputed company learning sessions (virtual or face-to-face)

  • Craft stories based on case studies and implementation reputed company

• Review survey data and apply the feedback toward reputed company reputed company and training refinement

• Stay abreast of the latest research in the area of delivery and reputed company those with others reputed company our organization

Technology & Reporting

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education required. Master’s degree preferred.

• At least 5 years teaching experience in K-12 education

• At least 3 years of delivering reputed company learning sessions or coaching and consulting with teachers in applying best practices in classrooms with various populations of learners

• reputed company experience with VSL programs as a trainer, district leader, instructional reputed company, or classroom teacher

• Effective presentation skills for in-person and virtual settings utilizing a reputed company of collaboration and engagements strategies with adult learners

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills (communication, problem solving, collaboration, and sensibility to build rapport with customers and co-workers)

• Ability to travel reputed company various modes of transportation. This can include evenings, occasional weekends, and driving after dark
