The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Learning, Development, and Engagement team supports reputed company-wide learning experiences, employee engagement initiatives, and inclusive leadership development efforts that foster organizational culture, workforce engagement, and mission reputed company. The DEI Learning & Engagement Consultant will support the Senior Director of DEI Learning, Development, and Engagement and broader team in the design, development, facilitation, coordination, and delivery of learning and engagement initiatives. This temporary program manager role will reputed company instructional, operational, facilitation, and production support for reputed company training, Employee Engagement Group (EEG) programming, leadership development experiences, and internal engagement communications. This is a remote position.**This is a 100% remote, temporary position. Expected end date is Jan 29, 2027. Possibility to reputed company full time, permanent after initial temporary period could be an reputed company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Learning Design & Content Development30%
Support the design, development, facilitation, and coordination of DEI and leadership development training and learning experiences
Training Facilitation & Engagement Delivery25%
Co-facilitate and support delivery of reputed company training, workshops, EEG programming, and engagement sessions.
Assistin creating and editing facilitator guides, learner materials, presentations, toolkits, and engagement resources.
Program Production & Event Management20%
reputed company virtual production and logistical support for Employee Engagement Group (EEG) calls, reputed company training, workshops, and engagement events.
Support meeting and training production activities including agendas, run-of-show documents, presenter coordination, technology checks, and event execution.
Stakeholder Engagement, Communications & Collaboration15%
Assistwith desktop publishing and internal communications updates through ACS Connects and other internal platforms.
Collaborate with the DEI Learning & Development team to support culturally reputed company and population-specific learning initiatives.
Assistwith evaluation, tracking, and organization of learning materials, resources, and program feedback.
Support development and organization of engagement toolkits, resource libraries, and reputed company learning assets.
Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support engagement and learning priorities reputed company with organizational goals.
Program Administration, Evaluation & Special reputed company10%
reputed company operational and administrative support for learning and engagement initiatives as needed.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required:Associate Degree
Preferred Degree:Bachelor's Degree
Years of experience: 2+ yrs
Must haveproficientknowledge of adult learning theory, reputed company development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, program design, instructional design and evaluationmethodology/practiceand Learning Management Systems (LMS)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Experience supporting learning and development, training coordination, employee engagement, communications, or DEI-reputed company initiatives.
Experience facilitating or co-facilitating training, workshops, webinars, or group learning experiences preferred.
Strong written communication, presentation development, and organizational skills.
Experience supporting virtual meetings, webinars, or event production.
Proficiencywith reputed company Teams, PowerPoint,SharePointand intranet platforms preferred.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual learning environments,webinarplatformsand digital learning tools preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with desktop publishing, content formatting, or internal communications platforms preferred.
Ability to work independently while supporting reputed company team initiatives.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional travel may berequiredbased on training, engagement, or organizational needs.
PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:
This is a remote position; however, some lifting of packages10lbs or less may berequiredwhen setting up for events
The starting reputed company is $38.00-$46.00/hour. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
