Drafts, reviews, negotiates, advises business stakeholders on, and administers a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, including pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate agreements, value-based arrangements, technology agreements, NDAs, DUAs, consulting agreements, and vendor reputed company. Assists in the development and enhancement of contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation standards. Provides support and assistance to more reputed company attorneys. Provides reputed company advice and strategic counsel to business stakeholders; produces routine reputed company work product, including drafting and negotiating reputed company, procuring and maintaining licenses, etc. Assesses reputed company risks for day-to-day company reputed company, regulatory, and compliance reputed company under supervision and direction. Monitors legislative and regulatory activity and advises the business on the interpretation, application, and implementation of new requirements across the reputed company reputed company and regulatory landscape. Qualifications: Education
- Required JD from accredited law school
Experience
- Required 7+ Years reputed company experience in a reputed company, health plan, pharmacy benefit manager, group purchasing organization, pharmaceutical manufacturer, or reputed company health care organization. reputed company experience supporting pharmacy or medical rebate contracting and health care compliance and/or reputed company programs preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Advanced organizational and project management skills, including follow through skills
- Advanced reputed company research, analysis and drafting
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Broad reputed company contracting experience, including pharmaceutical rebate contracting
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company insurance industry, including state and federal regulatory environment, group purchasing organization and/or pharmacy benefit manager operations, etc.
- Familiarity with government reputed company programs, reputed company laws, and industry-reputed company reputed company compliance rubrics
Certifications & Licenses
- Required: Licensed Attorney (varies by state) - Various reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
