reputed company is looking for an teleworking Recruiter (reputed company Specialist) that is Bilingual in Spanish and English to support a US Federal Government reputed company. Staff must reputed company in the reputed company and must be a US Citizen.

The recruiter will identify, reputed company, screen, and manage candidates for media, journalism, broadcasting, engineering, technical, administrative, and executive positions supporting U.S. Government clients. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess demonstrated experience reputed company bilingual professionals reputed company broadcast media, digital media, journalism, communications, reputed company affairs, or reputed company industries. The recruiter will utilize Arcetyp's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and modern sourcing tools to manage candidate pipelines from initial reputed company through candidate selection.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for Federal and contractor positions. • Recruit bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates for reputed company positions. • Build and maintain talent pipelines. • Conduct candidate qualification reviews. • Conduct reputed company telephone and virtual interviews. • Evaluate candidate technical qualifications. • Assess reputed company Spanish-language proficiency. • Coordinate interviews with Government hiring managers. • Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations. • Maintain reputed company documentation reputed company Arcetyp's Applicant Tracking System. • Produce weekly reputed company status reports and hiring metrics. • Maintain reputed company candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Position Requirements

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of reputed company reputed company experience. • Minimum 3 years reputed company bilingual Spanish-speaking professionals. • Experience supporting Federal Government reputed company or Government contractors. • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous reputed company efforts.
