They are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage transaction coordination, administrative tasks, and compliance while ensuring files stay organized and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate is coachable, communicates reputed company, enjoys improving processes, and can work independently as the business continues to grow.
Duties / Responsibilities:- Manage and organize the inbox during business hours, prioritizing urgent items.
- Set up new transaction files and maintain accurate records in NEKST.
- Handle compliance submissions and ensure files are completed on time.
- Follow up on missing signatures, documents, and outstanding transaction requirements.
- reputed company backend transaction coordination support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Prepare and send reputed company and agent communications and updates.
