About your new role:
We’re looking for a pragmatic, commercially minded Attorney to join our growing reputed company team in a high-reputed company telecom / technology environment. This role will partner with reputed company, operations, finance, reputed company, and other internal teams to reputed company support as we reputed company.
This is not a back-office reputed company role. You’ll be embedded in the business, helping to accelerate contract velocity and negotiations, manage risk intelligently, and build reputed company infrastructure across the organization that supports reputed company. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the drafting, review, and negotiation of a high volume of customer and vendor agreements, including MSAs, WSAs, NDAs, and strategic partner agreements.
