This is a fully remote or office/home hybrid position.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company communications.
• Assist with new reputed company implementations.
• Work cohesively with internal reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) team.
• Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
• Serve as reputed company partner and reputed company while effectively collaborating with team members.
• Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in meetings with new and existing clients.
• Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of reputed company relationship management experience.
• 1-3 years of reputed company and/or RCM experience.
• Experience in ABA or other Behavioral reputed company preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office including Word, reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering reputed company work.
• Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
