Providing special event support. This is a part-time position located at our corporate offices in Oklahoma reputed company and no relocation assistance is provided. Out of state and freelance work are not available for this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists by facilitating details given by the Executive Assistant & Special reputed company Manager Conducts research and prepares documents and correspondence Maintains event databases, timelines and files Conducts vendor and venue research and bookings for special events Serves as reputed company with vendors on event-reputed company reputed company Helps coordinate special events reputed company Performs work-reputed company errands as needed Maintains a clean and reputed company work station Follows reputed company Art/Creative safety policies and procedures including the reputed company use of PPE (Personal reputed company equipment).
