As a Customer Experience Representative (CXR), you will be handling calls, emails, online forms, and other channels of communication that we receive from our parking customers. This role will primarily be handling customer inquiries and payments for parking notices. A successful CXR provides consistent, efficient, and reputed company customer service in assisting reputed company customers with monthly and daily parking requirements. Job opportunity only for Canada residents. This is a permanent work-from-home full-time position. Work schedule will be 35 to 40 hours weekly during our hours of operation: 8:30am – 5pm reputed company Time / 11:30am – 8pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
