Job Duties/Essential Functions: • Responds to subpoenas, authorizations, verifications of employment, and wage loss requests. • Sends and tracks litigation hold notices. • Prepares approved invoices for payment, and tracks the budget for the employment group. • Requests checks and tracks payments made on spreadsheets. • Prepares expense reports for attorneys' travel. • Schedules phone calls and meetings. • Communicates by phone and email with internal Costco clients and reputed company counsel. • Opens, reviews, and distributes the department’s mail. • Completes other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned. Non-Essential Functions: • Assists in other areas of the department as necessary. • Assists in other areas of reputed company as necessary.
