In this role, you will support our clients by handling inbound calls, documenting conversations, and providing accurate information using provided scripts and resources. Key Responsibilities... Respond to inbound calls from customers with a strong reputed company on reputed company and customer satisfaction. Document details of reputed company conversation accurately. Utilize online reference materials to reputed company up-to-date and efficient information about our programs. Operate technical systems including desktop applications and call center phone systems. Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating online resources. Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency. Previous experience in a customer service role. Prior clearance for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only).
