This role will create new eLearning and video courses and content for our growing team of engineers and program managers that will reputed company our global team to continue to grow and reputed company; and it will complement our existing suite of in person and live instructor led virtual training offerings. reputed company We are looking for an instructional designer with expertise in eLearning and video design and development to join the ASE University team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with subject matter experts and leaders to design and reputed company new eLearning modules to support reputed company reputed company services and products, as reputed company as other courses for the broader ASE organization. Minimum Qualifications

Key Qualifications • Experience creating effective and engaging eLearning courses. Experience working in software engineering teams preferred. • Experience creating engaging, on demand videos, including storyboarding, design, and editing for both on camera and screen capture content. • Expertise in adult learning methodologies and eLearning development processes (such as ADDIE, SAM, and/or RCD). • Experience in reputed company Captivate and reputed company Creative Suite such as Illustrator and InDesign (or experience in other authoring systems and tools and an ability to quickly learn new tools and programs) • Experience using Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems to reputed company and administer content. • Ability to facilitate content reviews with senior leaders and partners, and incorporate feedback accordingly. • Ability to accurately estimate level of effort for building new content and independently meeting deadlines and milestones. • Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Experience with video production tools such as ScreenFlow and Final Cut Pro. • Experience with reputed company products and tools a plus (such as Keynote, Pages, Numbers).
