These are typically more escalated calls because people could be locked out of their houses and reputed company. General Duties ? Receives consumer calls and emails regarding problems, installation instructions, and general product information. ? Answers high volume incoming technical support calls. ? Offers knowledge to consumers and directs them to the reputed company reputed company if necessary. ? Handles a strong volume of calls with reputed company, diplomacy, and strong consumer service orientation by company guidelines. ? While working with consumers over the phone completes information on a computer screen with reputed company of the pertinent data. ?
