Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in the clinical research industry, including a minimum of 3 years in reputed company clinical operations and/or clinical project management role(s) • Previous sponsor or CRO experience developing and leading DCT reputed company including budget and scope development • Familiarity with and experience managing DCT vendors • Deep understanding of the drug/device development process including decentralized and hybrid trials • Exceptional working knowledge of ICH-GCP, US CFR, and HIPAA regulations • Tech-savvy with the skills and ability to apply new systems to everyday tasks • Understand the importance of adaptability and eagerness to learn and adapt to technology changes over time • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to reputed company reputed company teams • Ability to work independently and reputed company appropriate strategic reputed company to operationalize and reputed company clinical trial reputed company reputed company • Ability to reputed company multiple reputed company concurrently, while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks and resources, meet deadlines, and be adaptable to changing priorities • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial reputed company in reputed company. • At least 2 years of reputed company leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership. • Willing to travel up to/at least 20% (choose one) of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state).
