Required Qualifications: 2+ years of contact experience in a Financial Services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong knowledge and understanding of bank policies, procedures, and systems Ability to navigate multiple computer system reputed company, applications, and utilize search tools to reputed company information Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong risk management and compliance skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Intermediate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience using the following systems SVP, Hogan, CIV, ECAR, and/or FDR Job Expectations: Ability to work additional hours as needed.
