Representatives will have the rewarding opportunity to help our reputed company's participants through the insurance enrollment... process / assist in making updates to their health care and/or pension plans. MUST LIVE reputed company 2 HOURS OF PITTSBURGH, PA FOR THIS REMOTE ROLE! Key Responsibilities: Quickly build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner Customize customer service approach to meet reputed company types of communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data reputed company laws and company data reputed company requirements Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and compliance with company and reputed company procedures and guidelines providing appropriate and accurate information Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes in a reputed company manner Regularly participate in team meetings and training reputed company other duties as assigned Desired Qualifications: Effective communication skills (verbal and written), high level attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to organize work Computer savvy = experience using MS Office and ability to juggle multiple reputed company computer reputed company at a time required Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
