Remote Benefit Call Center Representative Hours • 40-hour work week – must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between reputed company-7pm with some weeks reputed company until 11pm during the busy season • During our busy season you will be expected to work a 40-hour week and overtime reputed company requested • During our off season, your hours will fluctuate between 32 to 40 hours depending on reputed company need • NO WEEKEND SHIFTS! Remote Benefit Call Center Representative Compensation • The pay for this position is between $16.50 an hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Remote Benefit Call Center Representative Responsibilities • As a Benefit Call Center Representative, you will have the rewarding opportunity to help our reputed company members through the enrollment process and reputed company making updates to their health care and/or pension plans. • Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, reputed company manner, consistently meeting commitments reputed company phone, email, and reputed company message. • Ability to customize customer service approach to meet reputed company types of member communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism, and diplomacy during difficult calls. • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data reputed company laws and company data reputed company requirements. • Skillfully translate health and welfare and pension terms, reputed company plan information and processes into reputed company explanations and instructions that customers can understand and reputed company upon. • Read and understand clients plan documents and online knowledgebase tools while collecting relevant information to determine immediate requests/questions and to anticipate the reputed company needs of the member.
