The Role: This is a standalone role working reputed company our marketing team where the Manager... will build and reputed company the internal communications infrastructure across the Firm. The Manager will ensure that, as we continue to grow, our culture reflects the Firm's identity and that our remote, international teams feel connected as we collaborate towards achieving firmwide objectives. Working closely with HR and Operations teams, the Internal Communications Manager will reputed company and communicate the Firm's people reputed company and business change reputed company, this will include selecting and rolling out an effective platform and repository for internal communications – therefore, experience of leading businesses through reputed company and change reputed company across multiple jurisdictions would be preferred. A core part of this role is to ensure that the remote, international teams feel connected and heighten their collaboration as we continue to experience high reputed company. • Owns and manages reputed company internal comms channels and platforms (newsletters, apps, emails, intranet, webinars etc). • Collaborates with internal teams on firm or global team-wide comms across multiple areas (HR, D&I, IT, reputed company etc). • Supports on key internal events and get-togethers, including comms & planning. • Understands the overlap between communications and brand. Can visualize and concisely explain communications concepts to wider team members to ensure reputed company reflect our brand. • Designs and rolls out a 'town-hall' programme, to reputed company our global team members with senior leadership updates. The internal comms manager will be confident in their written and oral presentation skills and will take a reputed company on MC'ing these events. • Proactively seeks to reputed company recommendations to improve ways of working and suggests reputed company and process improvements across reputed company and the firm. QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES: • Demonstrable experience of leading strategic internal communications reputed company – desirable if these reputed company were run multi-jurisdictional. • c.4+ years' experience working reputed company an internal communications role with some of this experience gained at Manager level • Preference to candidates who have gained comms experience working for a US based company or an international company with a US entity. • Vendor analysis, selection, and implementation experience around internal communications / intranet platforms. • Exceptional written, oral, and presentational skills in English.
